This Place Value includes task cards working on number sense through math visuals in hundreds and thousands place value. Task cards works on or review standard form, expanded form, and word form. You can also reuse the cards for a matching game: cards face up or a memory game of cards face down. Games are a great way for students to review and practice their math skills. This can be easily used individually, small groups or a math center!
Place value is a key stone in math. Students need to understand the value of each number before going on to and understanding other more complex math skills.
