This Kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade descriptive winter writing is an excellent way to add excitement to your writing curriculum. One of my favorite topics for students to write about in the winter is snow! I don’t think there is anything more exciting than the first snowfall of the year or the anticipation of a snow day. This activity is a great way to start after winter break or for the first snowfall! I hope you enjoy this as much as my students and I do!
The digital slides allow you to upload what you need to for google classroom for each student to participate digitally! Text boxes are imbedded in the non-lined pages for your connivence! You can also print for your students to use as well!

This writing unit will work great not only in a general education classroom, but also for intervention or special education teachers who need one resource with lots of various levels and accommodations or modifications. Check out the preview for a sample of each of the writing units.
Lots of possibilities for the level of expectations for your classroom!
